    When I click on a windows link or picture in Outlook I get the following error msg:   "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.  Please contact your system administrator."  How do I fix this?

    Thanks for the post!

    According to the error message, your administrator might set some restrictions about this bahavior, contact the administrator could be the best choice.
