Access denied & rebooting... RRS feed

  • Question

  • Not sure if I'm in the right section here, but here goes.

A friend's laptop, running Vista Home recently starting acting strangely. When booting up, it get's to the Windows log in screen, immediatley flashes an 'Access Denied' message & reboots.

I can try starting in safe mode, where it doesn't get to the log in screen & still re-boots.

    Any suggestions?
