yesterday I tried to open pictures with my photo viewer and it didn't work it just stalled. I kept trying and set the default pics for photo viewer and it worked somehow. today it stalled again and I cant get it to work even the default is already set, I checked the event viewer and found this.

i had already used that microsoft fixit and it didnt fix my problem.
when i click preview the circle comes up and spins then does nothing. i right click and open with photo-viewer or live gallery and it does the same thing. its already the default program for png, jpeg, tiff, gif, and tiff and bmp files. When i use paint i can open them with that
