  • Hi Shayaan,

    It is not recommended and supported to modify content database directly. To get form date, we can use SharePoint web services.

    For example, we need to get form fields from an InfoPath form, we can

    1. Publish those fields as SharePoint columns. (we can see such option to add fields as list column in publish wizard when publish the InfoPath form.)
    2. Use the getlistitems method of Lists.asmx web services to get data in list columns. We can use this method with both JavaScript, C# or use it as InfoPath Data source and SharePoint Designer data source. Following is the reference to access list data use Lists.asmx with C#.
      http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/lists.lists.getlistitems.aspx

    Let me know if there is any unclear.

    Thanks & Regards,

  • Hi Emir,

    I already have the code that you suggested in your link but that codes gives me an error:

    Exception of type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException' was thrown.

    on line where nodeListItems is declared:

    System.Xml.XmlNode nodeListItems =
                    listService.GetListItems
                    (listName, viewName, query, viewFields, rowLimit, queryOptions, null);

  • Hi Shayaan,

    This problem could be resolved by form security level to "Full Trust".

    Thanks & Regards,
    Emir
