Win xp pro sp3 (no vga driver for ati radeon 7500 or windows module installer) RRS feed

  • When i try to install ati driver it cannot find pci card cause windows calls it vga video and another program wont fix it either due to no windows module installer. and .net framework is only 2.0 and wont upgrade because system in incompatible. Any ideas please?

  • There is something wrong with your system.  The ATI driver install package cannot detect you ATI card.  The default for all video cards, so there is nothing wrong with what XP is doing.

    You need to have someone look at your system to determine what is causing the problem. The install package for the ATI driver might be corrupted.  The video card might be defective.  Your motherboard might have had a component failure.

    It is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to determine what is causing your problem based on a very non-descriptive posted in a forum.
