No information on some AD user objects, but account still works.

  • When reading some of our user objects, there are no information in this object. But the object still works.

I still can't place images here, but let met explain further.

In the object of a user, we can't see the information for that user, all fields are empty, but the account works.

Even de User Principal field doesn't show some information. In the Samaccount name field, there is a unique identifier for that user.

What is going wrong?  And how can we fix this?

Thanks in advance and your answers.

See images. (images are going to be added, when iám verified.

  • You don't need all informations to be filled in order for a user account to work, the mandatory fields are defined in schema.

Do you know how this account was created ?
