    Hi,

    I have recently installed fresh ATA center and lightweight gateway agents on DC's which are physical servers with 32 GB RAM and 24 core processors. I have a user base of around 2000 with a total of 4 DC's. The hardware specifications are more than the calculator suggested and yet I keep receiving these messages everyday. Even the ATA center with 128 GB 32 cores keeps giving performance related alerts which  doubt reflect the performance of the hardware. ATA center gave me this error just after installing one Lightweight Gateway.

    As long as the Center is overloaded, the Gateways are expected to drop.

    you need to focus on the Center first.

    The sizing tool is an estimation, there are cases where it will suggest something too low.

    If it is sized correctly, I suggest to open a ticket with support to they can inspect the Center logs & BLG files to see if indeed it is overloaded and if it is because of lack of resources, or if there is something specific that is jamming the pipe...
