Slide Library feature not working RRS feed

    We are using Office 2013 and SharePoint 2010 Enterprise and as such have numerous Slide Libraries. SharePoint Slide library feature "copy slide to Presentation" previously worked with no issues.

    Not sure when things stopped working, possibly after upgrading users to IE 11 but now when all users, all computers, all Slide Libraries try to use this feature, they receive this error message - "The selected slide cannot be sent to PowerPoint. The slide may have been moved or deleted, or networking problems may be preventing a connection to the server"

    We have a few machines with IE 10 and Office 2010 and we receive the same error message.

    We have checked trusted zones, GPO, browser settings and virtually ever thing we can think of but have hit a brick wall.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
