Problem with Missed Call Notification Emails RRS feed

  • This is the problem we are having.

    Call comes in and hang up before VM picks up.  We do not receive an email notification of missed call.

    If VM picks up, we get the email.

    If I sign out of Skype and call my number, I get the email notification.

    Any ideas?

    Welcome to post in our forum.

    Would you please tell us what’s your SFB client version, Lync 2010, Lync 2013 or SFB 2015/ 2016? Did the issue only appear on the specific client ? Can you receive notification of missed conversation?

    If the issue only appeared on the specific client, please try to delete SFB cache files and make sure your client with the latest update, then test again.

    If all SFB client had this issue, please try to check if there are any event IDs in your SFB FE server side, if possible, please provide it for us to do further troubleshooting.
