    I have configured SQL server reporting service. I have set sender email address and SMTP server address. While I was trying to create subscription for a report it does not allow to set mail recipient To: option entirely. after entering certain characters it prompts red baloon. it indicates address has to be separated by semicolon. But i am just entering one email address.

    what else I have to check please help.

    Does it contain any special characters? Or is it just something like firstname.givenname@whatever.xyz?

    is this for all email addresses or just a few addresses? can you post a screenshot?

    The screenshot does not confirm that you were entering an email address using that format. There's a top level domain missing (@headoffice.COM or whatever your TLD is. Maybe .org01 according to the second screenshot).

    at that point it prompts red balloon. if I complete muham24858@headoffice.org01 it does not make any difference. until muham24858@headoffic there is no problem. if I type further red mark appears.

    Here's something quick to try. Give yourself an extremely short email address and see if you're running into some sort of character limit.

    if I give mis@msn.com it accepts but can not be delivered. but length should be concern.
