    I just dont know how to get power shells command not found message gone 

    CMD  line: c\USER\Desktop\Flash>"".exe "".rom unlock

    *scratches heads*

    You need to learn basic Windows and how commands work.  What you have typed is just nonsense.  It runs nothing and does nothing.

    Start by learning how Windows runs programs.  What is a program name?  ".EXE is not a program or program name.

    If you are just a kid trying to set up a game system then you should contact the store where you bought the GPU and ask them to help you.  This forum is not a customer support forum.
