Question regarding KB891849 RRS feed

  • We currently have multiple smart card users on a Windows XP S3 enviroment. Only a handful of users have experienced this error, while none of them have a UPN that matches their SAM Account Name. We have verified that all users have the correct certicates on their smart cards.   Can anyone shed some light on 1) why this error happens, 2) why it only happens to a couple of people, and 3), any way to resolve this issue?
