UAG Direct Issues when trying to Connect to Outlook RRS feed

  • Hi 

    We can no longer connect to outlook via DirectAccess, we just get a Disconnected message in Outlook.  Works fine when on the LAN.

    The Exchange Servers are using DNS64 for resolution and I can ping and RDP to these servers fine.

    Just looking for any pointers as how to best troubleshoot this issue?

    I found that my DR policy for DA was enabled and was breaking my production policy.  I disabled the policy, ran GPUpdate /force and all started working.
