Skype for Business Server 2015 dial-in conference in Cantonese (ZH-HK)?

  Hi Vincent,
  
  ZH-HK is not in the list of supported languages in the Skype for Business Server 2015. You could run the cmdlet below in the FE server to check:
  (Get-CsDialInConferencingLanguageList).Languages -contains "ZH-HK"
  
  In addition, in the O365, ZH-HK is supported, you could refer to the following document:
  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/audio-conferencing-in-office-365/audio-conferencing-supported-languages
