Can't do BCDedut in a command prompt "Access Denied"?? I need some specific help Please. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Now, I am getting quite tired of this. I have Administrators rights. But I really don't? I know this has to do with permissions, but all I want right now is my full rights to all I own on MY maching. It is ludicrous and plain ridiculous to not give the owner full rights. Is there anyway to make it so I can have absolute and full rights easily? I cannot even do BCDedit in a command prompt, which is something I need right now! Maybe like an utility or something? Sorry, for the frustration.

  • Hi,

Please launch the command prompt by right click cmd, click Run as Administrator, then use BCDEdit utility.

    Best Regards
