    There are many.

My choice is VLC Media Player.
Unlike Windows own Media Player which can NOT play DVDs, VLC will play almost all formats of audio files, video files and DVDs.
It is well known for many years, and highly recommended.

    It is also free.
    I use it myself.

    VLC for Windows

  • Pro includes Windows Media Player see C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player and C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player <- those are 64 bit and 32 bit versions respectively.

Also as David suggested VLC is a fine option as is WinAmp.

  • Hi suncoastsearch,

Windows media player is built-in with Windows 10. You also could try the built-in metro apps “Groove Music”(music), “Movies and TV”.

    Best regards,

    Joy.
