    I have had this problem with windows xp pro's explorer not responding and it closes all open Win Explorer's

    Can an one direct me to the solution?

    Please answer to these questions :

    1- What's your CPU and RAM models?
    2- When you see this error?on which applications is opened or on internet?
    3- Which edition of xp pro you use?sp1,sp2 or sp3?
