    i have checked and rechecked every setting.

    i have reinstalled

    i have restarted

    sucks sucks sucks that i cant use this productivity tool in a productive fashion.

    What is the type of your Skype for Business server: on-premise or online?

    Did other users have the same issue in your organization?

    If your server is on-premise, do you deploy a Reverse Proxy server in your environment?

    The mobile client would log in by Reverse Proxy server.

    If you don’t have a Reverse Proxy server, You can refer to this official document to deploy: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lyncserver/lync-server-2013-setting-up-reverse-proxy-servers.

    Then, you can use RCA ( https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com ) to test your environment. Do a test with “Skype for Business Autodiscover Web Service” as follow:
