the group policy client service failed the logon

    Question

  • My problem with this it is the admin account i cant access and i cant delete it. i have admin privellages. so is there an easy step by step method to get me access to my admin account. I have windows 7

  • Hello. Please open CMD and type the command gpresult /R

    And go to the end of the result and find the following. If you will find that selected group has indicated it means that your user is part of Administrators group. If not then you are not Admin. 

    Another way:

    Open User accounts and look the group of users where your account. If has both: users and Administrators group you belonged then delete users group,

    First of all, as others said, please make sure that your account is actually admin account.
