Incidents-Suipport Group chnage doesn't 'take' RRS feed

  • we have a continuing problem - Incident - Support group field--when changed, and having got  confirm message,

    this change 'disappears' and reverts to original.  Workaround: Check history--if it doesn't show up do it again..

    any suggestions?

    are you getting any Error events in the event viewer?

  • Hi,

    Sounds like a cache issue. Stop the Service Manager services and delete the Health Service State folder from the program folder of Service Manager. Start the services and try again.
