  • My Internet Explorer keeps closing! I have no idea how to fix this problem!

    I would like to verify which Internet Explorer version you are using. What error message did you received? Can you open any webpage successfully?


    At this time, you can refer to the following suggestions to check the result.


    1. Reset Internet Explorer. Go to Control Panel -> Internet Option -> Advanced tab -> Reset button

    2. Run Internet Explorer with no add-ons. Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (with no add-ons)

    3. Test the issue in clean boot.

    4. Run hijackthis: http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/
