  • Hi,

    We would like that our Service Manager Operators could log on to the Analyst Portal and keep working with their incidents / support cases. In the Analyst Portal I can see Activities and Changes Assigned To Me, but not My Incidents. Is there any setting or configuration to change that?

    Please advice.

    unfortunately not, you can only work with incidents from the big console.
