  • Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum.

Could you please provide more detail information?

    1. What is this fix you mentioned above? What is the exact symptoms you occurred?

    2. Based on my research, "rd900w" is related to RCA Lyra RD900W, is it?

By the way, I find a thread on a similar issue, you can visit the following website.

    USB Problem: RCA Lyra RD900W

Moreover, I would like to propose a common solution on uninstalling drivers here.

Note: Please download a word document named "Uninstall.docx" in the right side of above website.

    Hope this helps. Thanks.

  • Go get the new version of the driver (1.2).  It is digitally signed and doesn't require pressing F8 at each startup anymore.  You can install it right over the old version.

If you'd rather just remove the driver even though the new version is available, just find the entry for it in Windows' usual Add/Remove Programs menu and uninstall it.
