How can I select non-contigous text in a Word 2010 using keyboard? Same with non-contigous cells in a Word table. RRS feed

    Hi, can anyone tell me the steps to use to select non-contigous text using keystrokes in Word 2010?  And also select certain non-contigous cells in a table in Word 2010.  It works with a mouse.  CTRL deselects text though.

    The command is Control + Shift + Click

    I believe that it can only be done using a combination of the Ctrl key and the mouse.
