We are using the self-service portal with SCSM 2010 SP1.
As you are aware of,we have access to the source code to modify or
customize the features. Currently we have the portal set up with default
options so that users can create Change Requests and list or view the Requests.
We have been asked by the customer to include the following options
also to the Change Request
- Update Change Request
- Cancel a Change Request
We understand this involves code changes. Of course it depends on the
state of the Change Request also. Anybody has done this ?
Any sample code or URLs that we can have a look at ?
