Merged document won't split into separate files for pdf's RRS feed

  • A merged document was created using a basic excel database with pull down list.  The merged document conditions are based on the database and what choice is selected from the pull down menu.  This part of the process runs okay, the documents were mergered and saved to separated word files based on the pull down menu.  The problem is that once the word files were open in the merged menu and the option was to turn the documents into PDF's (Separate files) based on a critiera, Word will not do this.  Actually, Words makes the files separate pdfs, instead of a document containg mutliple pages.   Any solution?

  • Your description of the issue seems a bit jumbled.

    Do you want a single pdf that contains all of the merged documents?  If that is the case, execute the merge to a new document and then convert that document to a pdf.
