  • what are meeting request in exchange server 2003, how it can be originated. what are resource booking.how it can be configured.where it stored. being a exchange admin waht we have to do in meetings. i m totally new in meetings

    Sending meeting request can get it added into your calendar, fires up reminders, can book meeting rooms in advance etc.

    1. What are difference between shared mailbox and resource mailbox as meeting.

    2 if i have to test all these things how can be done to understand better meeting request.

    becaue i am using outlook 2010 with exchange server 2003.
