Skype Room System - Missing Dial Pad

Question
-
I'm having a hard time finding the info I need for Skype Room System.
I have a Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub 500 connected to Office 365 with the new "Meeting Room" licence which includes the following products:
- Skype for Business (plan 2)
- Phone System
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Intune A - Direct
- Audio Conference
The dial pad is missing on the Skype Room System. From what I've read, I need to add communications credits, which I did. The dial pad is still missing. Do I need to add another licence ?

Hi,
Please kindly note Skype for Business Online (Plan 2) doesn’t provide PSTN conferencing online, as that would require the PSTN conferencing add-on.
I’m wondering if you have issued a phone system license yet?
For Skype for Business Online and Calling Plans users, Phone System voicemail is automatically set up and provisioned for users after you assign a Phone System license and a phone number to them.
If the Phone System feature isn't included in your plan, you may need to purchase Phone System add-on licenses.
And also if you want your users to be able to call any phone numbers outside of your business, you will also need to get a Calling Plan.
If you want to switch to a plan with fewer services, you can switch plans manually, and to know details about the license or calling plan that more suit you, please Call Microsoft Support for help.
