Editing notification templates RRS feed

  • I can see the full list of all notifcation templates in service manager including those created by other adminstrators. However when i try to edit one of these templates created by another user all the fields "Message subject", "Message body" etc are empty.

    I know the template field have content becuase the template is being used successfully in a workflow. Has anyone every seen this

  • I have seen this when you change the 'Language' option below 'Message subject' & 'Message body'. Could it be that the other administrators created the templates in a different language?

  • That was the issue. The language in my console was set to English (Jamaica) but the template was created with the language set to English (United States). Dont see why this was an issue but it was. Thanks for the help
