  • What happen with Windows Update?

Are you able to open it? Does it display any error message?

Are you able to open setting?

  • Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM (if necessary) if you are on win 8 or higher

  • Hi again

I was too busy to sort it out the past months - the file system doesn't work in the file folder/explorer - however some of the problems seems to have fixed itself

Samsung help claim it is not in their list of compatible PCs for windows 10 - it is 2 years old laptop!

any updated information -similar cases solved since my last communication?

    Many thanks
