    I have MOSS 2007 with SQL Express.
    I want to maximize the file limit for upload. I want to put it for 1 GB.
    I have also increased the file quota from Central Admin, and make it 1 GB. I also change the IIS setting, but the error remain same.
    Can any one please help me?

    There is Microsoft KB for this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925083?wa=wsignin1.0

    You need to modify the web config under the layout folder location i.e.
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web server
    extensions\12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS

    Search the upload.aspx, and modify it to

    executionTimeout=”999999″ and then it allow us to upload the 1 GB file even.
