My laptop wouldn't continue booting.
I have tried all recommended steps such as safe mode, startup repair and system restore. Unfortunately always failing at the end.
However, I have noticed that when I try to do a system restore using a checkpoint in my system it fails with the following message:
"System Restore failed due to an unspecified error.
indicates two revision levels are incompatible (0 x 8007051A)"
Please if anyone can help me fix this problem I would really appreciate it because have been in this dilemma for the last 3 days and the last thing want to do is a fresh vista install.
Note: I am using VISTA Business.
