Omron MT-10IT RRS feed

  • I am having issues getting my Omron  MT-10IT to sync data - I am trying to use Healthvault Connection Centre on my Linx 10 Windows 8.1 tablet and whilst the Omron software can see and download data, the Healthvault App refuses to recognise the device. It detects that a device is plugged in and asks to select from a list of supported devices, but this blood pressure monitor is not one of them. This is variable in nature as in the past sometimes it works. However currently I get the new device found message every time.

  • Hello,

    I see that the Omron M10 is not listed under the supported products under Omron but Sinovo does offer the driver for this Omron device.  To add the Omron M10-IT please follow these steps:

    Launch HealthVault Connection Center

    Select Add a Device

    Click on "try another way to find your device"  this brings up the menu

    Under Brand Select Sinovo

    Then scroll down to M10-IT and select add

    Please let us know if this does not resolve this issue
