    Hi

    Facing issue with update failed in windows 10 some clients.Events ID and details mentioned below please help.

    2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4549949)
    Event reported at 06-05-2020 10:38:

    Hi Shyam,
       

    Consider starting with the following steps:
       

    1. In the WSUS console> Update view, filter the "approved + any" updates, retrieve the results and add a file status view to confirm that the KB4549949 you mentioned has been downloaded.
      If the download of the update file fails, try right-clicking the update and performing a re-download.
        

           
    2. If your configuration is that the client directly accesses Microsoft Update to obtain updated files, then make sure that the client can connect to the Internet and can access the sites in the following list: "Connection from the WSUS server to the Internet".
