Conditional Formatting for Meetings where there is No Response from Attendees RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm the organizer of many many meetings.   How can I color code meetings that I've scheduled but where one or more of the attendees has not responded to the invite?

  • Hi,

From the description, you want to create a conditional formatting rule to color code meetings that haven't been responded by all attendees, am I correct? If this is the case, I'm afraid there is no option available in Outlook can be used to achieve the goal.

We can filter out meetings that haven't been accepted (See this). However, if you want to filter out meetings that haven't been responded by every attendee, I'm afraid you have to open each meetings separately and check the tracking info for the meeting.
