    I have run every virus and malicious software program I can think of, found nothing, then tried to do a Windows 7 upgrade and it has aborted twice  - I was hoping that would fix it.  I don't care if I stay on Vista, although prefer not to, but what is causing this??  Is there a solution?  My tech help says it might have to do with Restore Points going haywire - I don't know.

    HELP, please.

    I think the answer is under those who found turning off restore points restored their hard drive space - it worked, for the time being.  Have to see tomorrow, and am still without the ability to install Windows 7.  Sigh...
