We Have Following Site Scenario
We Have One Head office ................ Connected With LAN ................ One DC here
Two Remote Sites .............................. Connected With 2 MB Network ............ One DC per Site
One Private Cloud Site (All Servers,Application and Services Placed Here) ---------------- Connected With 6 MB Network .............. One DC
Now I want to installed MICROSOFT UPDATE SERVER For my network for distributing updates to my Head Office and Two Remote Sites.
can some pls help where i placed my update server , on Private Cloud or Head Office
Or any Other Suggestions ?

I would suggest.. Cloud...!! Since you have 6 MB line from cloud compared to 2 MB from the head office.
Also, if you place it in head office you would need a new hardware or a virtual, but in cloud it'll be easier for sure.

I would suggest.. Cloud...!! Since you have 6 MB line from cloud compared to 2 MB from the head office.

Let me ask you this...
If the target of this WSUS Server is only the Head Office and Remote Sites.. *WHY* would you put it in your "cloud" site.
Which actually begs a second question.. Why do you call this a "Private Cloud"? By definition, a "Private Cloud" is ON PREMISE. If you're using cloud services in a PUBLIC cloud, then lets call that what it is: IaaS or PaaS, depending on utilization, and if you're not actually patching machines in that environment, why, pray tell, would you even consider putting a service resource in that environment?
