    Does this relate to deleting printer drivers, if so, how do I do that?

    Hi,

    If the cursor rapid blinking only appears when you set the particular printer as default, we can confirm this is printer driver problem.

    You can remove the printer driver, contact the manufacturer to find out whether there is an updated version of the driver or a different driver that works with your printer model.
