I would post in the server forum - http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/windowsserver
That event ID indicates NTDOMAIN\Administrator account initiated the shutdown.

I think after my last update something is changed because the event viewer says the restart is happening on all days except friday at 7:00 AM. Normally if it restarts properly then things will work fine otherwise my exchange system will be down as Client Access and Hub transport resides in this server.
When there is problem.. I cant RDP to this server nor the exchanges services working.
But I can ping to this server from the network.I need to know where we can clear of this restart which is not at all neccessary and also I need to plan before a restart.
This kind of a restarts will eventually screw my Exchange cluster.
