  • Hi

Could you offer me the model of your laptop?

If the battery can be unplugged and it is convenient to test the  battery on the same model of laptop by your side, you can troubleshoot if this  problem is related to your battery.

In addition, you can use Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories\Hardware and Devices to troubleshoot if there is something wrong with the device.

What is more, you can check the Device Manager if the driver works fine. If the driver appears warnings, you can update the driver or try to download and manually reinstall the latest driver on the manufacturers website of your laptop model.

We look forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Vivian
