license requirement for Skype upgrade to Teams

we have Office 365 E3 license in place, if we'd like to upgrade skype server to Teams, do we need additional license for the upgrade?

Hi exuser123,

Office 365 E3 includes Microsoft Teams, so you need no additional license for the upgrade.
