Error when trying to open On-Prem protected content in Sharing App (Android & iOS) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,
I have a testing environment which I configured according to the instructions here:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn673574.aspx
But when I try to open a ppdf protected by the on prem RMS server, I get the following error:
"Your local AD RMS server doesn't support your device, so this content can't be decrypted"
Any idea what I can do to resolve this issue?

    Thanks,
    Kfir
