  • Question

  • After getting the free 10 update loaded onto my widows7 home version some files may not have been updated (possibly due to conflict with kaspersky internat security)

Now SETTINGS will only flash up but not stay on screen canr do any computer changes or revert to windows 7

  • Hi,

In addition, you could still revert to Windows 7 by using recovery discs (Windows 10 installation media could be used as recovery disk) if you cannot even make any change on current Windows. Then you could perform another upgrade after uninstall relevant software.
