Hi Mike,
Browse to UPA and make sure the Picture is mapped to thumbnailphoto. Click on Picture > <label for="ctl00_PlaceHolderMain_drpDSList">Source Data Connection > Choose attribute thumbnailphoto > Direction Import > and click Add. Perform a full import
then run the following PowerShell command:</label>
Update-SPProfilePhotoStore -CreateThumbnailsForImportedPhotos 1 -MySiteHostLocation
