Office Web App Server op\generate URL Test Link Not Working RRS feed

    Hello All,

    I have craete a Office web app Farm and add two meachine in that farm.

    after that to verify whether that farm is working or not i use below url

    https://webappserver01-wac.abc.net/op/generate.aspx# 

    after that i craete link i put the server name and share folder name.

    then i click on genrate link, after that when i click test the link tab.

    i am getting a below error, when i try to open Power point file

    Either you've lost network connectivity or our server is too busy to handle your request. Please check your network connection and try again later.

    Below error i am getting when i try to open word file.

    Sorry word online can't open this documnet because services is busy, Please Try again Later

    Hi Anurag,

    Does this issue happen to all users?

    Does Excel Web App work properly?

    Where did you install the Office Web App Server? Please note that Office Web Apps Server must be installed on a separate server that is part of a domain.

    Have you verified if your Office Web App Server farm was created successfully by accessing the Office Web Apps Server discovery URL in a web browser, as shown in the following example?

    http://servername/hosting/discovery or http://externalname/hosting/discovery
