    Hi,

    Is it possible to have a shortcut (link) within the Outlook folder structure pointing back to a Windows folder?

    Hi,

    We can create a shortcut to a Windows folder in Outlook within the Shortcuts module, but it's not possible to create it within the Outlook mail folder structure.

    To create a shortcut within the Shortcut module, drag the folder from Windows Explorer and drop it to the Shortcuts group. See:
