    I have spent 2 hours writing up a document and I really do not want to lose it......HELP

    Hi,

    Do you mean after writing a Word document for 2 hours, Microsoft Word crashed?

    Some lost documents may not be recoverable, however, Microsoft provided some methods in the following Microsoft KB article that you can try to recover the lost document:
