WPF control is not opening RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    While opening WPF controls from our website the Application event log says "Faulting Application Presentationhost.exe", Version 4.0.40305.0, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.5781, fault address 0X00012afb".

    <small>We need help to resolve this issue.
    And I have attached the screenshots of exception scenarios.</small>

    Operating System: Windows XP 32 bit, Version 2002 with service pack 3
    Internet Explorer: IE8

    Trial 1:</small>
    <small>.Net Frame works: 1.1, 2.0 Service Pack 2, 3.0 Service Pack 2, 3.5 Service Pack 1, 4.0 Client Profile and Extended.

    Internet settings change: The website is added in 'Trusted Sites' list. And "Restore Advanced Settings" option in "Advanced" tab in Internet Explorer 8.</small>

    <small>Trail 8:
    To resolve this issue I have used below tools also.
    1.    XbapPermFix_sx.exe
    2.    netfx_setupverifier.exe
    3.    cleanup_tool.exe(dotnetfx_cleanup_tool)</small>
    <small>4.    accesschk.exe -v -k hkcu\Software\Classes</small>
