Follow these steps to troubleshoot MAK issues generally.
- Check that the remaining activation count is bigger than 0. This can be done in VAMT, which is part of the Windows ADK:

If the remaining activation count is 0, please involve your Key Manager whose email address can login Volume Licensing Service Center and send Email to
makadd@microsoft.com and include below information for extending the KMS key counts back:
- Company name
- Agreement or License Number and Licensing Program
- Your name, telephone number, and E-mail address
- Product
- Number of activations requested
- Reason for request
- Date needed
- Key Number
- Check that automatic activation is enabled:

- If we are using a proxy server/firewall, make sure the following URLs are whitelisted:
