Computer boots to recovery screen. Can't repair. no disks. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi guys,

I have a fairly new (2 years old) Samsung touch screen computer.

Windows was pre-installed (7 i think) so i have NO WINDOWS DISKS.

Windows automatically upgraded me to win 10 and since then i'm having no end of trouble. Computer freezing taking 5 mins to open a photo.

I tried a "reset" keeping files and settings. This blue screened said "was unable to reset PC" and took me back to the main login. I was able to re log into the computer and still sort of use some things.

So i decided to try a "restore to factory reset and reinstall windows" --> It got to 52% and froze. Then booted into the blue troubleshoot screen. Startup repair is no help. I can now no longer get into the computer.

I don't know what to do next??  Please help.
